ECM Fans & Other Energy-Saving Improvements at the Montgomery County Reibold Building

October WCOAEE Meeting

Please join us on Thursday, October 27th for a short presentation and tour of energy efficiency improvements at the Montgomery County Reibold Building.  This meeting will start at 11:30 AM in the 5th Floor Conference Room at the Reibold.

Our focus for this meeting will include air handling unit retrofits with ECM (electrically commutated motor) fan arrays.  Following the lunch and presentations, we will be touring an air handler retrofit with ECM fan arrays, as well as other efficiency measures at the Reibold Building.

The Reibold Building is located at 117 South Main Street in Downtown Dayton.  Parking is available at the Reibold Parking Garage on Fifth Street, or at parking meters at street level.  The meeting should conclude by 1:00 PM.    Please RSVP for this event through our chapter website, or you may contact any board member for a reservation.  Cost is free for members or $10 at the door.  We look forward to seeing you there.

WCOAEE Chapter – Board Message

As for many of us, 2022 has been a challenging year for the West Central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers.  But a small determined group is determined to not let the organization fade away.  So we have planned three meetings for the remainder of 2022 and we have a new website under development.  This will enable WCOAEE to maintain its status as an active chapter of AEE for 2022.  For 2023, we will be planning a fuller schedule of meetings.  We will also be working to enhance our website, to increase our chapter memberships, and active Board members.  Your participation for the remainder of 2022 and for 2023 will be appreciated.
